We are here for you
360’s counseling services are centered around helping children, teens, young adults, families and parents. Our trained and licensed staff provides support and intervention, teach skills, empower individuals, and help families navigate life’s challenges. We specialize in helping at-risk youth and LGBTQ+ individuals address their needs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
CHILDREN, TEENS, & YOUNG ADULTS
Elementary-aged children, teens, and young adults through age 25 are our top priority at im体育最新版. We can help by making sure that they have the right tools to navigate life’s challenges. Our therapists will focus on strengths, help identify goals, and work with each young person to create a path toward increased self-esteem and satisfaction.
FAMILIES AND PARENTS
im体育最新版 believes involving family members, whenever possible, is the most effective way to help youth and bring about stability for the whole family. Families are a powerful source of support for kids and teens, and our team is trained to help decrease frustration and conflict while increasing a sense of family connection. Parenting support is offered to adults who have children under 25 even if those children do not attend services at 360.
YOUTH AT-RISK
im体育最新版 provides emergency stabilization, follow-up counseling and supportive services for youth, ages 11-17 years old, who have runaway, are unable to go home, or who are at risk for involvement in the juvenile justice or child welfare systems. These specially-funded services are available to residents in the southern part of DuPage County. Crisis intervention staff are on call 24-hours a day to local area police departments in Aurora, Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, Lisle, Naperville, Westmont, Willowbrook, and Woodridge.
LGBTQ+ YOUTH
Reasons why LGBTQ+ young people seek services are as unique as the community itself. Some youth need a safe place to explore and name who they are for the first time. Some youth experience trauma or rejection and want to find a way to process and cope with what has happened to them. Other youth and families need help navigating the coming out process together, while some youth do not feel safe or ready to open up to their families. Some youth and families need help navigating the transition process, such as changing names and accessing medical interventions such as hormone therapy or advocacy at school. We meet youth where they are at and support their right to explore, identify and express who they are.
